To change your personal information as it appears in your reservation, follow these steps:
- Sign in to My Trips
- Select your trip
- Select Manage my trip
- If you have a flight reservation, select Request data change. If you have a hotel reservation, select See change options.
If you’ve booked any other product, please write to us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
👉 Keep in mind that:
- You’ll be able to make these changes depending on the policies of your reservation provider.
- In some cases you’ll be able to change the first name, last name, ID number and date of birth of the travelers.
- In others, you’ll be able to change a traveler’s first and last name if it only affects a maximum of 2 letters and doesn't change their gender. This change could have an additional cost.
- To implement these changes, we'll ask you for a copy of your travel documents.
