Did your plans change? Remember that cancellations are subject to the policy of the providers, and some reservations don't allow cancellation.
You can simulate a cancellation to know the costs associated with the operation by following these steps:
- Sign in to My Trips
- Find your trips
- Enter on Manage my trip
- Click on the option See cancellation options
Attention! Making a cancellation can have an additional cost. This penalty depends on the policies and conditions of the providers, the rate type you bought and the date on which you're making your cancellation request.
👉 Keep in mind that:
- If your reservation can be canceled, we'll make the refund to the same payment method you used to buy. If you bought with cash, have your bank account information ready.
- You can cancel your flight without any penalty if you do it on the day of purchase. You'll receive the refund within 30 days.
- If you can't travel due to a serious illness, death or other reasons of force majeure, you can make an inquiry entering My Trips. Attach the appropriate documentary evidence for the provider to evaluate.
- If you want to cancel the reservation of adults on a trip that includes minors, remember that they can only travel by plane with the unaccompanied minor service and must present legal authorization in accommodations.
