If you need to cancel your flight, first check the available cancellation options, which are the ones you agreed to at the time of purchase.

Keep in mind:

• Cancellations depend on the airline’s policy, and some bookings do not allow this option. If there is a penalty, it may affect the amount of your refund.
• We will refund your money to the same payment method you used. If you paid in cash or with a debit card, have your bank account details ready.
• If you cancel your flight on the same day you purchased it, there will be no penalties.
