Why is my reservation pending?

If your reservation is pending, it means that due to some inconvenience during payment it was not possible to complete your purchase. This can be for various reasons, for example, because we need to verify the identity of the person making the purchase or because there was an error when entering the card details, among others.

We will send specific information about your case to the email address you used to make the purchase. You can also check it in My Trips.

To continue and confirm your booking, we ask you to complete the pending action. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Trips
  2. Select your trip and your pending booking
  3. Review what you need to do to proceed with your purchase
  4. Select "Continue with my purchase"
